According to TMZ, Mrs. Wade (technically they are still married) has filed a $50,000 lawsuit alleging that Dwayne and Gabby engaged in "sexual foreplay" in public and is damaging their 2 children- age 8 and 2. She is claiming that Wade has engaged in "extreme and outrageous conduct" with Gabrielle in front of the children. Okay I have never been a fan of Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union's (AKA Gabrielle Break-A-Union) relationship, but this just sounds funny to me. Obviously poor Siohvaughn is still hurting over the breakup and is "lashing out". Do I blame her for being mad? HELL NO, but this is not the way to go- she just comes off as petty. Here's what Mr. Wade had to say about the lawsuit:
"I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."
Wow Dwayne are you serious? Gabrielle...."a innocent party"? GTFOH!!! I wish all the parties involved the best, CLEARLY they all need some counseling.
