IT'S THE LAW

The Donda West Law Assembly Bill 1116 was finally passed on 10/12/2009 in California. Kanye West's mom, Donda, died on November 10, 2007 in a LA area hospital after having a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction procedures. She was 58 years old. The new law requires that medical doctors do a thorough health check/physical to patients before that patient has any kind of plastic surgery.

Okay so Usher has a new song getting regular spins on the radio called "papers", where it seems he is talking about being ready to sign his divorce papers. Rumors have been flying that Usher has a new boo and is ready to move on with his life. While other rumors say that Usher is avoiding signing the divorce papers from his future ex-wife, Tameka Foster. What should we believe?



The latest drama is that Ursh had to call the cops to come get Tameka twice this week. (Both times she was long gone when the police arrived. hmmmm...) Anyway Mr. Raymond claims Tameka has broken onto his property and damaged/vandalized his vehicles. Tameka denies these claims and chops it up to a publicity stunt. What she has to say sounds great but she has some nerve pointing the finger at others when she has her own demons! LOL my fave line is “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”---This from the woman who flew abroad for a lil' enhancement here and there? WTF. I am with Usher on this one. She had to really mess up for him to bounce on her like that after sticking by her all this time while everyone was talking *ish about her and calling him stupid for being with her. He even flew to be by her side when she had complications from her surgeries. This is just sad. As one of my fave radio personalities likes to say "We gon have to keep them lifted up in prayer!"

Well Well Well. Isn't this interesting? Remember Danger from Vh1's "For the love of Ray-J"? She's pregnant! Here are some pics from her recent baby shower at former cast mate, Stilts' hubby's mansion in Cali. Rumors were flying that she was pregnant for Ray-J after the show wrapped, which he denied.

In the Box Office

RIP A.J. *Update*

Frederick Richardson, below, is the man charged with the voluntary manslaughter of Ashley Jewell aka AJ from "Real Housewives of Atlanta". From the stories I have heard it turns out that Fred worked at Body Tap as a bouncer. They are also saying that AJ was having a relationship with a woman (sources say her name is Veronica) who was a part owner in the club and that the fight may have had something to do with that. Others are saying it was a dispute over money, AJ was in the process of buying the club. Whatever the "real" story is.... this is a sad sad occurrence. RIP our prayers go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.

Our prayers go out to Kandi Burruss' and Ashley Jewell's family and friends. AJ passed away on Friday night 10/2/09 after succumbing to head injuries he sustained in a fight outside of an Atlanta Gentleman's Club.
